Plant Your Tree shares your concerns about information privacy.

We will not sell, rent or loan your information to third parties.

When placing an order, basic information is collected. This information includes; name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

The information is used for the sole purpose of completing your order. The information you provide will be shared with other parties involved in the completion of your order such as delivery services, the product manufacturer and credit card authorization companies.

Plant Your Tree acquires only the information required by law or is otherwise necessary to complete your order with the highest level of service and efficiency.

Only those employees involved in the completion of an order are given access to customer information.

We use PayPal to safely handle your credit card transactions via PayPal’s encrypted web page.

Once you have shared your valued contact information with us, we will communicate with you as necessary for your order via email, postal mail, and phone.

We may send you e-mail, newsletters, catalogs and free samples from time to time. We may also send you emails throughout the year letting you know of promotions. You may opt out of these emails at any time using the link at the bottom of the email. We don't endorse or intent to spam and we understand your need to keep your inbox free of clutter. For this reason we limit emails of promotions to just a few times a year. We do however have an opt-in monthly email newsletter that you can join and opt out at any time. You will not be added to this email list unless you specifically ask to be added.

At your request, any information collected will be provided to you. You will be notified by e-mail if there is a compromise in our policies or if required by law.
